Josefina Lichtenegger of Euro Audio Team (EAT) showed off her newest phono preamplifier, the E-Glo S, a hybrid design with 12AX7/ECC83 twin triodes. The ultra-slim phono stage has adjustable gain ranging from 45dB to 70dB to allow for both MM and MC use. All inputs and outputs are RCA, and the E-Glo S has a switchable 18dB/octave subsonic filter. The power supply uses anode voltage regulation. The aluminum chassis, capped by wood ends, looks a little like a reel-to-reel deck minus the tape reels. The US price is expected to be around $3100.
