Rocky Mountain Audio Fest 2010 • Sounds & Sights

In every way -- attendance, number of exhibitors, profile among audio shows -- the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest has grown noticeably from last year. A wrinkle in terms of music sales at the show was the presence of a handful of sellers from the local area, who lugged crates of choice used titles to the show. Interest seemed healthy, but we wondered if scores of audiophiles digging through crates translated to sales.

Asked if participating at the RMAF was worthwhile, one of the local vendors said, "Absolutely. This is the place you want to be. The buyers know their records and buy what they're looking for."
