High End 2013

Plinius put New Zealand on the high-end map with its Maori nomenclature and distinctively sculpted casework. At Munich the company showed Toko, a streaming CD player that sells for €5500. Toko is UPnP/DLNA compliant with a 24-bit/192kHz DAC and analog outputs via RCA and XLR. For ease of control Plinius has gone to the trouble of creating its own Arataki app for the iPad. Toko can also be controlled by third-party apps such as PlugPlayer.
