"Compact and Affordable" Horn-Loaded Speaker from Volti Audio

olti Audio's new Razz speakers ($4999 per pair) commemorate the company's ten-year anniversary and provide a smaller and lower-cost alternative to other Volti Audio speakers. The Razz combines a 12” high-power and high-sensitivity woofer, a midrange horn featuring a compression driver with a composite diaphragm, and 1" neodymium horn tweeter. The custom crossover uses high-quality components, all of which are wired by hand. The cabinet is made of 1”-thick Baltic birch plywood. The Razz's sensitivity is stated as 97dB/W/m and recommended amplifier power is 8W minimum and 80W maximum. The Razz's frequency response is given as 35Hz–20kHz, with a 6-ohm nominal impedance. Each Razz stands 40” tall, 15” wide and 12” deep and weighs 90 pounds.

All Volti Audio speakers are sold direct and feature real-wood veneers. According to the company, "Nowhere else will you find this kind of glorious, full-range, tactile, effortless music delivered with just a few watts of amplifier power."
