Top Audio Video 2011

If it looks like an LS3/5a, it’s labeled an LS3/5a and apparently sounds like an LS3/5a, is it an LS3/5a? I’m not interested in incurring the wrath of the faithful, but this latest LS3/5a surrogate, from Audio Space of tube-amp fame, even has the correct grille material. The rear-panel info slab says that it’s an 11-ohm version –- as its biwire terminals would also imply -- while a price tag of €1390 per pair is par for a replica. I can’t wait to get my hands on a pair for review, to compare to the originals in my collection.
