BMC’s AMP S1 stereo ($7990) and AMP M1 mono ($15,580/pair) power amps feature rotary controls on the front to deal with power on/off and choice of balanced or single-ended inputs. Their prominent meters provide peak readings for both channels in the stereo version or the lone channel in the mono, a digital read-out of the setting, plus indication of which input is in use. Also available is the AMP C1 integrated amplifier (shown, $7990) with identical aesthetics.
